Reply All

Reply All is a button you can click when you’re replying to an email that was sent to a group of people. Instead of just replying to the person who sent it, this option sends your response to everyone who got the original message.

It’s helpful when you want to keep the whole group in the loop—like during a family email chain or a team discussion. But be careful: not every message needs to go to everyone. If your reply is only meant for one person, use Reply instead of Reply All so you don’t clog up people’s inboxes with extra messages.
